Minaj made an appearance Friday about the Hello America concert series, putting on a loose-fitting halter top that they from time to time needed to adjust. As Minaj sang Where Dem Women At, some slips made among her hard nips fleetingly visible. Despite a five-second delay, the slips were seen throughout the East Shorelines live telecast.
